I found in https://bobcares.com/blog/digitalocean-change-droplet-region/ that if I need to change the region of my droplet, I create a snapshot and then I edit the DNS so the domains are served from the new droplet. But I haven’t found the steps needed in order to my plesk panel keep working. Because plesk itself assigns the domain with the ip as part of the name (kind of objective-ptolemy.xxx.xxx.xxx.plesk.page), I guess that domain will stop working, so how will I be able to login to my plesk panel using the new droplet? Thanks in advance

Plesk has a migration tool that I wasn’t aware of. But I was able to make it work with the help of plesk support, I had to check some stuff in the mysql database to verify that everything worked fine, changing hostname, and many more thing.
Hey @danielgcGM!
You should be able to still login to the droplet through SSH after moving it to another region with the new IP address provided. You would then need to update the Plesk Configuration to the new IP address. This can be done through SSH following Plesk’s Guide.
Hope it helps! Nate
