It really depends on what you’re using for SFTP. If you’re using the built-in SFTP (using SSH), then you can modify /etc/ssh/sshd_config and change Port 22 to Port 2202 and then issue the command below to restart SSH for the changes to take effect.

If you, however, have a firewall in place, make sure you whitelist 2202 prior to restarting SSH so that your connection doesn’t drop.

service ssh restart
