openssl req -new -newkey rsa:2048 -nodes -keyout yourdomain.key -out yourdomain.csr
Simply change yourdomain.key and yourdomain.csr to your actual domain. You can then run:
cat yourdomain.csr
… and copy the output to GoDaddy as your CSR.
