Hello, suddenly from yesterday my site is being affected with malware. can anyone guide me how can i remove malware from my site? i tried to replace infected files with fresh files but its spreading again.

@gndo is correct. Unfortunately once you’ve been compromised your best option is to start clean. Trying to manually clean up after a compromise would likely take 10x as much time with no guarantee it would be successful.
You should be able to export a backup of your db (check it for anything that does not belong) and your wp-content/uploads folder if you have media there and import it into a new instance of WordPress
