In order to add new users (with permissions to your resources) you will need to either create a new team or convert your existing personal account to a team, and add the new contact as an Owner or Member. Checkout the Teams documentation links below for more information:

You can create a user to your droplet via the useradd option. You can check the following article on how to do that to your droplet :
