I am looking for a phone number or email address to contact Digital Ocean’s marketing or PR Teams regarding Container World… Who do i connect with?

Why don’t you use support by opening ticket.They reply you with in 10 to 30 minutes.

They need to at least add a chat function. This is ridiculous. Our servers have been down for 2 days and there is no one to reach out to.

Same here… DO support is the worst support ever. They don’t care about the issue I submitted 24 hours ago via support tickets and now my business site is still down.

I can agree with that… their Customer Support is awful. My droplet doesn’t even work now, and after sending 3 support tickets, they still haven’t had the decency to contact me back. So, right now, none of my business websites work and Digital Ocean just doesn’t care enough to solve the problem nor contact me back. Very disappointing. I’ve been a DO customer for nearly 5 years, but I’m seriously considering switching to a different service just because of their customer service experience…


You can contact them via the control panel or email There is no phone support so don’t try calling them!


Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket and let them pass the request on, or respond with a direct e-mail address / phone number. Support Tickets are the primary method of contact for most all issues, requests etc.
