How do I deactivate my account? It doesnt let me and I am not using it by now

How do I deactivate my account? It doesnt let me and I am not using it by now. deleted everything, but when i try to deactivate it just says “Sorry, there is a problem” and doesn’t let me deactivate

I need to deactivate my account entirely, cannot find where to do it. I just got this … An error occurred when saving the answer: API call failed: POST https://www.digitalocean.com/api/dynamic-content/v1/comments - 400 - {“errors”:“content must be provided”}

In April 2022 I deleted my droplet. I thought that would deactivate my account but it didn’t. Still being charged. Now I see I have to go to my ‘account’ which I cannot find and ‘deactivate my account’. Not easy getting rid of Digital Ocean. Help?

I also try to deactivate the no longer needed account - cannot do it. it is a closed loop.
