If the processes with random names are not part of your applications, then this seems like a crypto miner to me.
You could use the ps aux command to find the full process and the path to the executable file and remove it. However, in order to make sure that the server has been completely cleared up, I would recommend restoring to a backup of the server before this problem started occurring.
