heard good things about D.O. but wow wacky workflow vs ec2, shared hosts, everyone else.
it seems to take 10 steps several tutorials, many SSH sessions and a 3rd party tool to do anything. its like co-lo, but its too costly from a time=money perspective vs a shared host or managed. Linux is free if your time is worth nothing type idea.
even the SSH tut. is lame. (I am doing ripping on D.O. so I could come back one day and D.O. has tons of people asking for a real control panel) CLI is so slow vs gui. not talking crons or multi deploys.
even the 1 click installs are lame- why take up your whole drop with 1 install? lame, lame, lame. why not a cpanel and take it from there? or a custom image where you pick how many wordpresses or whatever you want on the drip drop.
how do I get a refund- do I just escalate on paypal?
