So, I basically want to create a standard droplet that other people can download and have it automatically be used. Sorry if I’m not explaining this very well, but basically…
They go to create Droplet and see my custom droplet there. Or just a script that runs automatically on top of the regular droplet.
Is this possible?

Currently you can do this in a limited fashion using snapshots. If you create a snapshot of your droplet you can then transfer that image to another users account via the IMAGES section of the control panel. This will remove the image from your account and move it to theirs though so you would need to create a snapshot for each account you want to have access.
We do have resellers who use this method within a single account. My managing their clients using their own systems (like WHMCS with the third party DO plugin) they can spin up droplets for their clients from customized snapshots they have created in their account. Those users do not get access to the DigitalOcean control panel though.
