YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO SUPPORT TICKETS, NOR DO YOU HAVE A SUPPORT NUMBER. IS IT TIME FOR ME TO MOVE TO AZURE?

I have fixed it myself, I had to remove my card details (which haven’t changed) and re-add them before it would accept the payment. What is the problem preventing a timely response to support tickets?
