Hey Guys,
I recently setup a droplet and pointed my godaddy domain to this droplet. So far so good. It was a wordpress droplet and it worked fine. Only problem was that my office 365 exchange email stopped working. It was as if the email just got stuck and could get received or sent.
Is there a way to avoid this happening as it is for a business account and we cannot afford to have the email down like that.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, @TheShetland
Are you using DigitalOcean’s nameservers or you’re still using GoDaddy’s nameservers and you’ve just changed the A record to point to the IP address of the droplet?
If you’ve switched your NS to DigitalOcean’s nameservers you’ll need to point the MX record back to the Mail provider (basically make sure that MX record is the same as in your GoDaddy DNS control panel).
Hope that this helps! Regards, Alex
