How do I verify my identity?
I sent in a support ticket regarding my account ban, 8 days ago I finally got a got a response and answered immediately because as soon as I tried to log in, I still got the message that my account has been locked

Do I have to sign in through some other endpoint or has the issue not been resolved at all when I still get the message?
