How i can configure MS SQL Server and IIS for asp.net hosting. How can i access control panel to manage websites in IIS. Can this be possible in Ubuntu server

No, you cant run asp.net hosting in IIS. You require Windows hosting. You can use hostexcellence or asphostportal. I have good experience with both of them. For overall, I prefer asphostportal.
