Hi there,

Would you mind sharing a bit more information on what the exact errors that you are getting currently are?

In general after installing an SSL certificate, there are some things that you could check in case of issues:

  1. Check your SSL Certificate: Make sure that you have a valid SSL certificate installed on your server for your domain. You can use a free service like Let’s Encrypt as described in this tutorial here:

  1. Update your site’s URLs: Update your site’s URLs to use “https://” instead of “http://”. If you’re using a CMS like WordPress, you can change this in the settings or via your database. For other platforms or custom websites, you may need to update your site’s code manually.

For the file manager, you can use SFTP together with FileZilla to connect to your server directly as described here:

Hope that this helps! Feel free to share more information about the problem itself and your website setup and I will be happy to help further!

Best,

Bobby
