I am trying to change the owner of a droplet to a member of our team. On my account page under images it has had a spinning (I assume working) icon next to it for well over an hour. The other member of my team has not received any notification that it has been transferred to them. The size of the snapshot is 3.23GB. Is this normal behavior for this?

end of the day and this is still happening. Also, opened a ticket and no one form Digital Ocean has responded to that either. cool.

I assume you’ve checked or followed our tutorial from the official docs:

If the other member of your team can not see a A Pending Transfer section in their account you can try to start the process again following the tutorial.
