end of the day and this is still happening. Also, opened a ticket and no one form Digital Ocean has responded to that either. cool.
Hello, @fredblueshoon
I assume you’ve checked or followed our tutorial from the official docs:
https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/images/snapshots/how-to/change-owners/ https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/images/snapshots/how-to/migrate-droplets/
If the other member of your team can not see a A Pending Transfer section in their account you can try to start the process again following the tutorial.
If you’re having any issues with the process you can always get in touch with our support team and they will be able to assist you.
Hope this helps.
Regards, Alex
Hi, There’s seems to be an issue with Safari and the transfer button. I was able to complete this using Chrome. The older snapshot I tried to transfer never completed and never got to my other team member. I canceled that one. Anyway using Safari seems to be an issue for me at least.
