I plan to to host a website on digital ocean using a stack of Ubuntu, nginx, python and tornado. How many processes are available on a single cpu droplet? Do I need to specify a 2 cpu droplet or more in order to handle passwords without blocking the tornado process? What are the common ways of resolving this on digital ocean? I’m willing to test but where do I start?

Hi @wfbergmann,
I don’t think there is anyone that can answer the question about processes are available to a droplet per CPU however from what you are describing, yes you can start with the 2 CPUs and see if that’s enough.
You can always upgrade the Droplet if you need more power but what I do when I’m not sure what I need as of Droplet resources is start with the smallest droplet and work my way up the ladder if needed.
