I made a proxy so how much bandwidth can I use? Is there a cap? If so, how can I check how much bandwidth I’ve used.
Are these Ip shared or are they dedicated? Are my vps that i made in my droplet being shared and am i the only one using it? I know people owned them before but as of now, is my current ip being shared?

It depends on the droplet you have, as you can see here all droplets have a different amount of transfer. You can check your bandwidth usage once you created a droplet, if you login you will see this at the “Graphs” menu item.
A virtual server’s IP address is static and reserved for your virtual machine until you destroy it. Rebuilding a virtual server retains the same IP that you had initially. You own your own droplet, and have access to all its files. Its a virtual server so the bare metal server is shared, however your own system will be only for yourself and really fast.
