Hello,
I just came across this question. Once you have configured your VPN server, you need to install the OpenVPN client on your laptop or PC.
You can download the client from the official OpenVPN website here:
https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/
Note that you would need to choose the installation package based on your operating system.
