When I reach the console by going to your droplet’s page, selecting your droplet > Access > Console Access. It turn out a black screen.I could not click my password in the black screen.and cannt enterinto the console

I’ve changed all my login accesses to SSH key login only since I was root-compromised sometime ago.
The problem is that while accessing my server via online console, it prompts to type in password.
How should I login without password?
I would personally recommend downloading PuTTY(google it) and connecting through that. You can enter your servers ip address in the field provided and connect from there. <br> <br>Alternatively if your issue is you are not SEEING your password as you enter it that is a feature of terminal linux. Don’t worry the password is still there. Simply type it in and press enter.
If you see a black screen just click on it and click any key to activate the console window. If you continue to have issues, please feel free to file a support ticket.
