Hi, I got an issue when visit my application is so slow, then I got time out response, there’s no stuck or hung query on my app. so I open the remote connection to my database, an type SHOW PROCESSLIST;
then I got this:
| Id | User | Host | db | Command | Time | State | Info |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 5 | event_scheduler | localhost | _NULL_ | Daemon | 6384529 | Waiting on empty queue | _NULL_ |
The database has event_scheduler user that run unknow query, I cannot stop it I also cannot access to root level, many tutorial said that I need to have at least root / super,

Heya @jakartainnovation,
The root user is off-limits in the Managed Database products. This is because you are using a Managed Product. You get a regular user which can execute simple queries.
As for the issue you are experiencing, are you sure it’s because of the Database and not something else? Have you checked your logs both of your App and Managed Database?
