How to add App platform as trusted source for MongoDB managed database

Hi,

I am not able to add my app as the trusted source for the MongoDB managed database.

Also how to set up MongoDB ca-certificate with the App platform?

Any help on this?

Hi,

Currently, with MongoDB-managed databases; it will be necessary to not have any trusted sources enabled. This would be necessary to be able to have your app connect to MongoDB. We understand this isn’t ideal and we hope to have this addressed soon.

You will have to connect the Mongo DB on a public network, without any restrictions imposed on it.
