I signed up via a referral and it said before I signed up that I would get $100 worth of credits valid for 60 days. However, when I go in “Billing”, I don’t see any information about any credit. How can I check whether I actually have credit or not? And if I don’t have credit, why didn’t I get it?

Me too i signed with the promo and i dont get the 100$ credit they promised. i used my credit card as the promo say and i dont get it. pls help

Same here. Used affiliate referral link to register and got billing for usage instead of credit.

I have the same problem, I can’t see promotional credit anywhere in my account, yet signed up through an affiliate link advertising $100 credit for the first 60 days of the account.

I have the same problem as well, I can’t seem to find my promotional credit anywhere on the control panel. I signed up directly on the Digital Ocean website and it explicitly stated that I’d get $100 for 60 days upon signing up as a new customer
