Hello I am trying to deploy a java app on my droplet. but the matter is how can i connect my mysql database with my java app. and how do i know, whether my database is connected to my app or not? i am using tomcat.

Hi @smehsan, there are a few things that you need to do:
- Shut down Tomcat
- Install the MySQL DB driver
- Configure your Tomcat to connect to your MySQL
- Start Tomcat
