I tried to make chat messenger using cloud9 in socket.io and node.js. I am unable to make connection to client and pass message. Note : Using Webstorm IDE, I can make successful chat with client through same code (including http.port address) . My code is included in the following github link here.

Previews in Cloud9 load with HTTPS so you’ll need to load all your CDN’s on HTTPS. Also, it looks like the link to Socket.io is broken in your code (after I ran npm install). Either download Socket.io into your repo or adjust your script to call the CDN.
