This is a scrip meant to be executed on login in order to preconfigure the initial WordPress steps. What you can do is try and hit CTRL + C, this should stop the script.

The script is also added in the ~/.bashrc file which can be modified and comment out the line that triggers the script or simply remove that line if you do not need it.
