I have built an dashboard servable app using python and holoviz panel but not able to create a successful deployment. a similar app was deployed to heruko without issues using the web: python -m panel serve command and this does work locally but not sure what i need to do to make the deployment work.

I believe that you could create a Procfile with the following content:
web: python -m panel serve
