The first thing to check is your log files. If you are using apache, this will be the standard apache log file (on Ubuntu it is /var/log/apache2/error.log).
Hello, I would like to take a ride on this question. I have the same problem. I looked at the log and it’s empty. What is the next step? I do not know if it helps, when I do mail through the terminal the email is sent successfully.
