I would like to send form submissions from my website to myself via email using a simple smtplib
connection over SSL to smtp.gmail.com
on port 465. The sender and receiver are the same address. Can port 465 be unblocked to allow this? Third-party services are unnecessary for this use case. I made this request to the support team over 10 days ago but the ticket was closed without a response. How can I get help for something like this?

Hey @parthkagarwal,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
