Hi there,

Quick update here.

As per the release notes on August 1, 2024, you can now view Spaces bandwidth usage as the invoices now include a breakdown of bandwidth usage and cost per Spaces bucket.

If you have 100 or more Spaces buckets, you can only view this breakdown in the CSV version of the invoice. To view or download invoices, see the DigitalOcean Invoices billing page.

Hey @systemadminshrimp,

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.

Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)

Regarding being able to see the usage via your control panel directly this sounds like a great idea, sounds like it’d be super useful!

The best thing to do to get your voice heard regarding this would be to head over to our Product Ideas board and post a new idea, including as much information as possible for what you’d like to see implemented.

Hope that helps!

At the moment the only way to see if you have gone over the 1 TB bandwidth allocation is to look at your daily invoice and see if you’re incurring overage charges. I realize this isn’t ideal, and we’re looking at ways to make this information more visible and proactively available.

It looks like someone has had the same idea before and has posted it on our Product Ideas board. The best thing to do would be to head over and add your vote to it, as well as adding any additional information in the comments for exactly what you’d like to see implemented!

I just upvoted the idea as well!

Hope that helps!
