How to get help from DigitalOcan?

I’m having a DigitalOcean account from a year ago. I was running a startup and due to a loss I lost and started a new startup which is running fine but I lost my previous domain from which I created my DigitalOcean account. I was not able to change my email address in DigitalOcean settings as I didn’t had access to my email. The old domain I can’t buy back because its available as premium domain. I asked for help from DigitalOcean many times and they asked me for many details including the ID proof and the transactions made to the DigitalOcean but they didn’t help me and said they can’t help me. Even the servers running in my account are connected with me new domain, means I’m new domain is connected with my account. I gave so many proofs but unable to find help. Please help me to find help.
