I am new to digital Ocean. Wanted to know how can I get a desired configuration like Kubuntu 16.04 , 8GB RAM, 1TD Harddisk etc as per my choice and know it’s price in advance?

You can see our pricing table with all of the different configurations on our Pricing page. Currently, we do not support custom Droplet configurations so what you see on that page are the only options that you have, but you will be able to know the exact price that you will be paying beforehand.
The 8GB Droplet, priced at $0.119/hr or $80/mo, comes with 80GB of SSD disk space. However, you can add more SSD disk space to it by attaching a Volume at the rate of $0.10/GB per month.
So, an 8GB Droplet with 1TB of additional disk space will cost $0.268/hr or $180/mo.
