I have a droplet with one-click Wordpress installed on it. Things are working perfect for now.
Now I want to install another Wordpress on a subdomain of the same domain I am using with the droplet. My concern is to ask if I can install another Wordpress on the same droplet and how can I point a subdomain to it?

Absolutely you can. Just get your DNS sorted out (add the subdomain in there) and you should be fine.
Yes you can. Your domain is for example www.wordpress.com on main site. subdomain is test.wordpress.com you have to install wordpress in this new folder => test. You can find it in /public_html atleast on my homeserver it is. Also you have to create a new database for new wordpress. Sorry for my english. :)
