I am trying to decrease or resize the droplets, the size is not available, because it has a smaller disk,

This is a difficult question, and I’m afraid that no one can provide you with a clear answer. Quite simply, if it isn’t broken the best answer is not to try to fix it. That said, lowering your cost, if paying more than you need, is a worthy cause. You would have to know how much memory your website consumes at various times, because going too low in memory means having to learn the hard way what system administrators deal with on a daily basis. Too little memory results in OOM process kills (usually MySQL first) which then results in website outages, and you would have to learn how to deal with that if it occurred.
If you know any Linux admins who can take a look at your server for you, they might be able to give you some more clear insight.
