I want to remove my saved credit card as a payment method. I don’t see option of Delete Payment method as suggested here- https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/billing/manage-payment-methods/#:~:text=To remove a saved payment,payment method on the account.

To remove a saved payment method, click the … menu of the payment method, then click Delete. In the Confirm Delete Card window that opens, click Delete to remove the card. You cannot remove the default payment method on the account.

To remove your credit card from your account you just need to enter your Control Panel --> Billing —> Payment methods.
In there you’ll see the credit card you’ve added. On the same line there are three dots which when clicked provide options, from there you’ll see the delete credit card option.
