Heya,

Can you give more info on the matter so that we can provide you with a more detailed response? What are you trying to achieve, from where to where, what technologies are you using and products, any error logs that you can paste as well?

Hi there,

In addition to what KFSys already asked, SSL handshake errors are very generic and can be caused by many different things, for example protocol mismatch, unsupported TLS version, invalid certificates, or missing intermediate certs.

To help narrow it down, it would be useful to know:

  • what client and server are involved

  • how you are connecting (browser, curl, app, library)

  • the exact error message or logs

  • whether this started happening recently or was never working

Without those details it is very hard to give anything more than general guesses, so sharing a bit more context is the best next step.
