I have been unable to find any information about it.
I built my report on Power BI desktop, uploaded it but I have been unable to schedule a refresh.
Is it possible? What are the steps needed to achieve this? is there any documentation?

This seems to be doable with Power BI according to the official documentation here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-data
The refresh is coming from Power BI rather than the database itself.
