I’m facing the problem of “connection timed out” (in production) when using the package “phpseclib” to connect to my Droplet.
When i do “service ssh status” at my Droplet dont recognizes the user and key that im passing. But on my local server this error doesnt occours.
There are any limitations or specific configurations on App Platform when connecting to Droplets?

Indeed, outbound connections over port 22 are blocked on App Platform.
But as a workaround, if you have
root
access to your Droplet, you could configure your SSH service to listen on a different port (configurable in/etc/ssh/sshd_config
) and connect to it.There has been a similar discussion here:
