How to unlock my account??

Dear Sir,

I have digital ocean account since 3 months with no problem.
today i see in my account that say my account is on hold.
I created several ticket for it and it keep saying that

“There has been a response to your ticket:


At this time the hold on your account is permanent and there is no further information required at this time.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you,
DigitalOcean Support”

my all site is down.
and i am losing money.
i create ticket for backup and it keep saying
same reply..
what should i do??

i am using this service since 3 months withour problem..
please help me
kindly look into this matter
