Hi there!
We plan to support upgrades to minor versions in the future(1.14 -> 1.15). For the time being in order change minor versions, creating a new cluster is required.

Note that if you recreate the cluster, then you will lose your external IP. So you will have to update your DNS. That’s what I understand. See https://www.digitalocean.com/community/questions/how-to-reuse-do-loadbalancer-previously-created-through-kubernetes
