I have set up a shadowsocks vpn on my droplet using Outline Manager. I would like to know if my droplet has a static or a dynamic ip address. If static, how do I change it to dynamic?

Hello,
Each Droplet comes with 1 static IP address only. I am afraid that you can not change it to a dynamic IP.
In case you want another IP address, you can spin up a new Droplet and it would come with a different IP.
