Yes i am Using cloud fare… So it cloud fare issue and cloud fare not ping back? Yes i restart server and even power off and then on from control Panel

The server seems to be online (I’m aware of the server behind CloudFlare, not pinging CloudFlare) and responding to ping. Is the web server running? Have you tried restarting the web server / app or reviewing it’s logs?

The above tutorial is very old and not running first command Package libapache2-mod-fastcgi is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source
