I have created linux droplet and mapped with subdomain api.example.com With ip, it is accessible, but not able to access with subdomain

Can you please confirm if you’ve adjusted the DNS for the subdomain? Did you updated the A record for the subdomain and pointed it to the IP address of your droplet?
Also can you double check the Apache/Nginx configuration file and make sure that it’s configured to work with the subdomain?
