Question

I am seeing a white/blank page when logging to DO.

I am seeing complete blank/white page after I login to my DO account.

Not sure why?

I have a very old account and using many droplets from long time. Even, I’m not able to top-up.

I emailed support@digitalocean.com but haven’t received anything from them. DO support has always been fast…

Guys, please help.

It’s an IP issue by the ISP.

Maybe, maybe… IP6.

The simplest way to get this resolved was to change DNS to Google’s.

8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4
