What is the reason for this report?

I can't access my account dashboard.

When I try to access my account, the menus and nothing else appear, just the message ‘Oh no! We couldn’t find the page you were looking for.’

It seems to be working fine on my side, and I don’t see any active incidents reported here: https://status.digitalocean.com/history

A few quick things to check:

  • What is the exact URL that you are using?

  • Try disabling browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy tools.

  • Try an incognito window or a different browser.

  • If you’re connected to a VPN, try disconnecting and reload.
