1-2 hours ago I was able to connect to my droplet but suddenly the screen went away and when I try to connect it says “ssh connection lost”. I can connect from recovery console.
The computer is connected to the internet but I can’t connect to droplet normally except recovery. what should I do?

Hey @73d8d9cce46345f097eaffe769b044,
First thing would be to see if you have a network connection. Try to either ping your Droplet from your computer or connect to your Droplet via the recovery console and try to ping google from there. If either one of both do not work then it’s a network issue.
If that’s not the case, see if by accident your Droplet is not full:
df -h
Sometimes when it’s really really full you won’t be able to login so that might be another reason behind the issue.
Hello @73d8d9cce46345f097eaffe769b044
If you’re having issues with the droplet’s external network you can reach out to our support team and they will investigate this for you.
Regards
