I can't connect to my server via XShell

Dear friend,

I can’t connect to my server via XShell. It notice that:

Connecting to DropletIP:22… Could not connect to ‘DropletIP’ (port 22): Connection failed.

I need your help.

Hello, @hehuijun1983

Can you please verify that you can reach the droplet from your end? Can you ping the droplet IP? The ssh connection seems fine and I can reach the droplet. Can you test this using a different ssh-agent from XShell like PuTTY for example?
