It seems that I can’t create a managed MySQL cluster. The error is just “Somethng went wrong”

This is from the web dashboard and I’m logged in as the owner.
I tried contacting support but https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/ just does not work. Clicking on create ticket button does nothing.
