It seems that I can’t create a managed MySQL cluster. The error is just “Somethng went wrong”

This is from the web dashboard and I’m logged in as the owner.
I tried contacting support but https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/ just does not work. Clicking on create ticket button does nothing.

Both the cluster and the https://cloudsupport.digitalocean.com/s/ work for me. Can you try again, and if you’re using VPN or any ad-blockers, you can disable them temporarily.

That error is pretty generic, but the "errorLevel": "authentication" part suggests it might be session or account-related rather than the database itself.
I’d try logging out/in, using incognito, or a different browser, sometimes extensions or stale sessions cause this.
Also, the support page not loading points in the same direction (browser/ad blocker/VPN issue).
