I can't find my domain I added previously

I did create a new droplet and I’d like to add my domain. When I enter my domain I receive a message talking the domain alredy exists, but it doesn’t apear listed below for selection.

What can I do?

The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says Data domain Name already exists. If the domain has not been previously added to DigitalOcean’s DNS service, it will be added.

It will be the best to address the issue to our amazing support team!

  • I can’t add a domain because DigitalOcean says that domain already exists. This is true because I did add it in the past. But I can’t add the previously added domain to my droplet because DigitalOcean doesn’t show it as an existent domain.

    It’s insane…
